Kit and Torry - a sneak peek!

We can't even describe in words how wonderful Kit and Torry's wedding was this past Saturday. It was one of those weddings with all of the perfect elements - a sweet couple madly in love, families and friends that are a pleasure to spend time with, a great venue and even a little luck with the weather!

Here are a few of our favourite images from their big day.

Isn't Kit absolutely gorgeous? This shot was taken at her parents' house just before we left for the ceremony. We discovered that I went to grade school with Kit - how cool is that?

I love this look between Kit and her dad John. It was a sweet moment just before they got out of the car at the ceremony.

The moment just before the ceremony ended. I love the look of happiness on their faces!

This was taken as they were leaving the ceremony in the Rolls Royce. It's one of my favourite images from the day.

We loved how relaxed Kit and Torry were all day. Chris caught this moment between them while we were at Queenston Heights.

Before Torry came along Kit had another man in her life - Jimmy, her grade school husband! They were "married" at Laura Secord school as kids, so of course we had to stop there with her real husband. It was such a great idea. Thanks to the greatest Mother of the Bride Judy for telling us about this!

This was another highlight from the wedding, and definitely the greatest wedding cake we've ever seen! Torry was surprised with this amazing medieval castle wedding cake by his brother Danny from Doyle Craft. Kit knew about it, but she obviously couldn't have imagined something this spectacular!

The King and his Queen - the coolest cake toppers ever!

Every detail was edible, from the cereal treat shrubs and trees to the almond pathways. Stunning, and delicious too!

Kit's dance with her dad John was one of the sweetest ever. I don't think there was a dry eye in the room, including mine! Kit looked over at one point just in time to see me wiping away the tears. You could feel the love between them, and her mom Judy as she watched them.

We'll be remembering this perfect day for a very long time. It was our honour to be a part of such a special family's day. Congratulations to Kit and Torry - we couldn't be happier for you!
